Our commitment
Agroy Finance and Investment Limited(“Agroy”) is committed to ensuring that its investor-facing digital platforms of this website, our mobile applications and our digital account-opening (KYC) journey — are accessible to the widest possible audience, including persons with disabilities, regardless of the technology or ability they use.
This reflects the Investor’s Right to Digital Accessibility recognised in our Investor Charter, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act 2016, and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/111 dated 31 July 2025 (as clarified on 8 December 2025).
Standards we follow
We measure and target conformance against:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C).
- GIGW 3.0— Guidelines for Indian Government Websites & Apps.
- IS 17802:2022(Parts 1 & 2) — Indian Standard for ICT accessibility.
- RPwD Act 2016& Rules 2017 — Sections 40, 42 and Rule 15.
Measures taken
Accessibility is built into how we design and build. Current measures include:
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Text and interface contrast targeted at WCAG AA thresholds.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on all form fields.
- Respect for the operating-system “reduce motion” preference.
- Responsive layouts that reflow without loss of content at 320 px and 200% zoom.
Known limitations
We are actively working to remove the following known limitations. If any of these affects you, please contact our Nodal Officer for an accessible alternative:
- Some downloadable forms (PDF) are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. We can provide an accessible alternative or assisted completion on request.
- Parts of the digital KYC / account-opening journey are operated through a third-party provider; a fully assisted, end-to-end alternative is available — see “Assisted account opening” below.
- Hindi and regional-language versions of statutory pages are being progressively rolled out.

Accessible & assisted account opening
Opening an Agroy account uses a digital eKYC journey provided through a third-party partner. If any step of that journey is difficult or inaccessible for you because of a disability, you do not have to complete it online, we will open your account for you, end to end, through an assisted route at no extra cost.
You can request assisted account opening in any of these ways:
- Email accessibility@agroy.comwith the subject “Assisted account opening”, tell us how you prefer to be contacted and any support you need.
- Call +91-8448897103 and ask for assisted onboarding, our team can guide you by phone or arrange a branch visit where available.
- Message us on a text-based channel such as WhatsApp (useful if a phone call is not suitable), see the Contact page.
- Raise a request through the Investor Grievancesform, tick “I am a person with a disability”, pick your assistance type, and choose the relevant category so it routes to the right desk.
Sharing a disability sub-category at any of these touch points is optional and lets us tailor the support (for example sign-language friendly, text-only, or large-print communication). It never affects your eligibility or charges.
Accessible authentication:login and KYC verification run on our partner’s platform. Where a step relies on a method that can be a barrier, for example a CAPTCHA or a timed OTP, the assisted route above is the supported alternative, and we are working with the partner to improve in-flow accessibility.

If you cannot access any part of this site or our services, you have several ways to reach us — please use whichever suits you:

- Raise it through our Investor Grievancesform and choose the “Website / App Accessibility” category.
- Escalate to SEBI via SCORES (opens in new tab) if you are not satisfied with our response.
Our service commitment:we acknowledge accessibility requests and complaints within 7 working days and aim to resolve them within 21 working days. If a fix needs longer, we’ll explain why, give you a timeline, and provide an accessible alternative in the meantime.
Assessment & audit
This statement is based on a self-assessment of our platforms against WCAG 2.1 AA, GIGW 3.0 and IS 17802. We periodically review accessibility and address findings on a prioritised basis, and we maintain a readiness record for SEBI’s reporting requirements. Conformance is partial while the known limitations above are being remediated.
Self-assessment: last reviewed on 5 June 2026 against WCAG 2.1 AA, GIGW 3.0 and IS 17802. Reviewed at least annually and after major releases.
Independent audit: an independent third-party accessibility audit is scheduled (target: 31 March 2027). It has not yet been completed, so this statement currently rests on the self-assessment above. We are committed to independent audits at least annually, and after major releases; the auditor’s name and the audit date will be published here on completion.
Conformance report: a formal Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR / VPAT-style), documenting our conformance level section by section against WCAG 2.1 AA and EN 301 549, will be published here once the independent audit is complete. Until then, the self-assessment above is our interim conformance record; if you need a conformance summary sooner, contact the Nodal Officer below.
