Content on this website is created, reviewed and approved by the relevant business and compliance owners before publication. Regulatory and statutory content carries a “last reviewed” date and is re-verified on a periodic basis, and whenever the underlying rules or data change. Outdated content is updated or archived. Issues with any page can be raised through our grievance channel or the accessibility contact.
Contingency / Disaster Recovery Policy
The website and its supporting services are operated with backup and recovery procedures designed to restore availability after an outage. Data is backed up on a regular schedule, and a documented business-continuity / disaster-recovery plan defines recovery objectives and responsibilities. Security incidents are handled per our incident-response procedure and reported to the relevant authorities (including CERT-In) where required. Vulnerabilities may be reported via security.txt.
Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) & KYC Policy
Agroy Finance and Investment Limitedfollows the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and SEBI’s AML/CFT guidelines for intermediaries. Client onboarding requires KYC verification (PAN, proof of identity and address, and in-person/electronic verification), ongoing due diligence, periodic re-KYC, and monitoring and reporting of suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND) as prescribed. In accordance with the PMLA and SEBI’s Master Circular on AML/CFT, Agroy Finance and Investment Limited has appointed a Designated Director and a Principal Officer responsible for AML compliance and reporting to FIU-IND:

Whistleblower Policy
We are committed to the highest standards of integrity. Employees, clients and stakeholders may report — in good faith — any suspected fraud, regulatory violation, unethical conduct or misuse of client assets, confidentially, to the Compliance Officer (compliance@agroy.com). Reports are handled confidentially and there will be no retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern. Matters may also be escalated to SEBI.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy
Agroy Finance and Investment Limited is committed to providing a safe, respectful and harassment-free workplace for all employees, irrespective of gender. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the rules made under it, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to sexual harassment and have constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to receive and redress complaints.
Any employee may raise a complaint with the Internal Committee, which inquires into complaints confidentially and within the timelines prescribed by the Act, with protection against retaliation. Complaints may be addressed to the Compliance Officer (compliance@agroy.com), who will route them to the Internal Committee.
